Circulatory + Respiratory
The circulatory exercises are designed to work the muscles to pump the veins. The vessels in the legs have valves in them to prevent blood from getting pulled back down by gravity, but these valves eventually fail, leading to varicose veins. In most cases, the muscles of the lower leg can be used and re-educated to move and clear swelling and edema, and minimize or eliminate bruising and varicosity. There are only 22 techniques required to clear the entire lower limb, making this exercise routine the absolute easiest and best value for varicose vein treatment, because you will finally strike the cause of the problem instead of chasing symptoms. And if you catch it early enough, you won't need your veins stripped.
The respiratory techniques work much in the same fashion. We can use your own body in a series of positions to push air into each specific branch of the lungs. This serves to strengthen the diaphragm, "reawaken" areas of the lungs, and train lung capacity.
Due to the specific nature of this type of exercise, I request that you contact me for more information about, and to be put on the waiting list for, upcoming class times.
